This is a key store-based role focused on ensuring accurate administration, stock management, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail operations and thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support the Store Manager with <strong>stock take processes and administrative functions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor and analyse <strong>stock movement<\/strong> to identify variances and implement corrective actions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Enforce <strong>risk management procedures<\/strong> to minimise shrinkage and stock loss<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure full <strong>compliance<\/strong> with all administrative systems and reporting requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Generate and interpret <strong>store reports<\/strong> to assist in turnover and stock analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain a well-organised <strong>in-store filing system<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage and monitor <strong>cash handling and transactional activities<\/strong> in line with set procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Enforce <strong>safety and security protocols<\/strong> within the store<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Process <strong>POS transactions<\/strong> accurately<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Identify customer needs through effective <strong>communication and engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote customer loyalty through <strong>cash rewards programmes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Adhere to <strong>visual merchandising and housekeeping standards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and store goals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Stay aligned with current <strong>fashion trends and product knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience<\/strong> in a retail or administrative role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp;
