The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hospitable environment in NYDA offices. This includes a broad range of custodial services such as cleaning, hospitality support, and venue preparation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Cleaning &amp; Venue Setup:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct workstation sanitizing and routine inspections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep clean kitchen appliances (e.g., refrigerator and microwave) bi-monthly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare venues for meetings, training, or special events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with health and safety regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Restocking &amp; Inventory Control:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor and restock consumables (e.g., toiletries, cleaning chemicals, tea\/coffee supplies)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain inventory records and report low stock levels to the facilities team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure supply rooms are well-organized and stocked<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
