Overview:<\/strong>
Dinesh Textiles is seeking to appoint a reliable and professional Receptionist<\/strong> to be the first point of contact for visitors and to manage front-desk administrative duties efficiently. The ideal candidate should be courteous, organized, and able to multitask in a busy work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Greet and welcome visitors and direct them appropriately<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with internal communication and support to other departments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-At least 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent time management and organizational abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Professional appearance and attitude<\/p>\n\n\n\n
