Position Purpose:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As a Sales Associate, you will represent Totalsports as a brand ambassador, helping customers find products that match their needs while contributing to the store’s performance goals. You will work closely with the team to maintain a well-stocked, organized, and engaging store environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Promote a wide range of sports and lifestyle products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stay updated with the latest product trends, promotions, and stock availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Replenish stock regularly to ensure the store is fully merchandised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify new sales opportunities and assist with in-store marketing efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Passion for customer service and people engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proven sales ability and target-driven mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to multitask and work under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
