Overview:<\/strong>
We are currently hiring 15 General Workers<\/strong> to join our dynamic teams across multiple retail store locations in South Africa. If you are energetic, reliable, and passionate about customer service, this is your opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced retail environment. Your role will focus on assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, managing stock, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Greet customers warmly and assist with locating products<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide accurate product information and guide customers in their selections<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Promote store specials and improve customer experience through excellent service<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process payments via cash or card and handle refunds and exchanges accurately<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Unpack deliveries, replenish stock, and organize products on shelves<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct stock takes and update inventory as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain cleanliness in work areas, including the storeroom and kitchen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure waste is disposed of properly according to procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Follow company policies on safety, security, and emergency procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Report customer concerns and help resolve them professionally<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Grade 12 (Matric)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prior experience in roles such as General Assistant, General Worker, or General Clerk<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong communication skills in English<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Must reside within 25km of the store<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Clear criminal record<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Preferred (Not Mandatory):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-South African citizens<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Age between 18 and 65<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience in customer-facing roles<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Previous experience conducting stock takes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Attention to shelf and fridge presentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
