Overview:<\/strong>
Express Employment Professionals Fourways is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver<\/strong> to operate 5\u20138 ton trucks for nationwide delivery and collection of goods. The successful candidate will play a key role in the efficient transport of goods, while ensuring road safety compliance and excellent client service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Operate 5\u20138 ton truck safely and efficiently across South Africa<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver and collect goods as per scheduled routes and timelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Comply with traffic regulations and company safety protocols<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with manual loading and offloading of goods when needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Report vehicle issues or incidents immediately<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Valid Code 10 Driver\u2019s License<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-2\u20133 years\u2019 experience driving 5\u20138 ton trucks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Clean driving record with no serious violations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Familiarity with South African road networks and routes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to read and interpret delivery notes and route instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Basic knowledge of truck maintenance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated<\/p>\n\n\n\n
