The successful candidate will support pharmaceutical care services and perform daily dispensary administrative duties while upholding the highest standards of legal and ethical compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deliver high standards of customer service and pharmaceutical care within scope of practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage dispensary administration efficiently and accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist with stock control and repacking of medication as per standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Compound medications accurately under the supervision of a pharmacist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide general health advice to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards within the dispensary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform ad hoc duties in line with operational needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Essential: Grade 12 with Mathematics<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Essential: Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Qualified or Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Desirable: Previous experience in a pharmaceutical retail environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Knowledge of over-the-counter and health products<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-SAPC regulations and legal compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-High attention to detail and accuracy in calculations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-IT system proficiency (MS Office and SAP systems)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ethical conduct and professional integrity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working with People<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following Instructions and Procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relating and Networking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning and Organising<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhering to Principles and Values<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employment Equity:<\/strong><br>This position is aligned with Clicks Group&#8217;s Employment Equity objectives.
