The successful candidate will ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices, effective compliance with Good Wholesaling and Distribution Practice (GWDP), and adherence to UPD\u2019s standard operating procedures (SOPs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Accurately capture supplier invoices into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to meet service levels and cut-off times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs) daily, ensuring alignment with supplier invoice quantities and values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain a clean and organised GRN workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Escalate and document any disputes, discrepancies, or errors to relevant stakeholders before the end of each shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Handle product returns following UPD SOPs and ensure compliance with stock rotation principles (FEEFO\/FIFO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Immediately report and record any breakages or spillages according to internal procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Achieve daily operational targets and maintain service standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Use SAP and KNAPP systems for order and inventory management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain compliance with stock and financial reporting practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Essential: Matric \/ Grade 12 or ABET Level 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Desirable: 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Experience using SAP and KNAPP systems preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Basic knowledge of warehousing and pharmaceutical distribution<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Effective communication and teamwork abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attention to Detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teamwork<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accuracy and Numerical Ability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employment Equity:<\/strong><br>UPD supports the principles of Employment Equity.
