Position Purpose:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To lead the financial operations of the organization, ensuring strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance, high-quality reporting, and insightful decision support to senior management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Lead and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts and statutory reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Oversee audit processes and ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide strategic financial insights and support to executive leadership<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Mentor and lead the finance team to ensure operational excellence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure timely tax submissions and compliance with financial regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Develop and present financial reports to the Board and Executive Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, or CIMA) preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-At least 5 years\u2019 experience<\/strong> in a senior finance role<\/strong>, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-In-depth knowledge of IFRS<\/strong>, particularly IFRS 17<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n
