Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, clients, and phone enquiries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Operate the switchboard and route calls efficiently to relevant departments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, meeting rooms, and office foyer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Follow security and visitor protocols with precision, including monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support various departments with administrative and logistical tasks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and replenish office supplies as per EOQ standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Coordinate general enquiries and escalate complex queries to supervisors or managers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure high standards of professionalism and personal presentation at all times<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist in scheduling, office event logistics, and other clerical duties as required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Document and communicate administrative irregularities and team needs to ensure workflow continuity<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements & Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Post-secondary education in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency in MS Office and general office technologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
