Mod Royal Funeral Parlour is currently seeking a dedicated and well-organized Administrative Secretary<\/strong> to join our team. This position requires a professional who is proficient in office administration, communication, and secretarial support. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the Molepolole branch and ensure efficient handling of administrative tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and staff<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare, file, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for relevant personnel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure efficient use of office supplies and maintain office organization<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with basic HR and clerical functions as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
