KFC is looking for energetic and customer-focused Team Members<\/strong> to join our restaurants in Jwaneng, Kanye, and Lobatse. Main Purpose of the Role:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As a Team Member<\/strong>, your core responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer experiences while supporting efficient restaurant operations. You will be involved in food preparation, service, cleanliness, and maintaining safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Customer Service:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure each customer has a positive dining experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Resolve customer queries or complaints professionally<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare food according to KFC\u2019s recipes and standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain hygiene and food safety practices at all times<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Work closely with colleagues to meet daily goals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support the team during peak business hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Store Maintenance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Keep all workstations clean and organized<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Participate in daily cleaning and sanitation routines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Problem Solving:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Address customer inquiries and operational challenges<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Communicate effectively with supervisors for support<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Education:<\/strong> Junior Certificate (JC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Experience:<\/strong> No prior experience required \u2013 training will be provided<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Physical stamina for long shifts on your feet<\/p>\n\n\n\n
