The successful candidates will play a vital role in creating positive shopping experiences through efficient service at the point of sale and professional in-store support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Execute all point-of-sale (POS) operations efficiently, ensuring accurate scanning and payment collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain safe and responsible cash handling at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote the Clicks ClubCard programme and assist customers in signing up to increase participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Inform customers about ongoing promotions to enhance product sales and customer savings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deliver excellent service by being friendly, professional, and visible on the store floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain store standards through merchandising and housekeeping in line with company guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Stay informed on product ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate assistance to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Contribute to the store\u2019s mission of being the customer\u2019s first-choice health and beauty retailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Essential:<\/em> Grade 12 (Matric)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Desirable:<\/em> 50% or higher in Mathematics and English at Grade 12 level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Desirable:<\/em> Experience in a customer-facing role within a retail or FMCG environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp;
