The ideal candidates will play a key role in creating a welcoming in-store atmosphere and ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the point of sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Accurately and efficiently process all transactions at the point of sale (POS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure safe and correct handling of cash and other payment methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Actively promote and sign up customers for the Clicks ClubCard to meet store targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Inform customers about current in-store promotions to support sales goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deliver excellent customer service by being approachable, helpful, and professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Stay informed about product ranges, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support the company\u2019s goal of becoming the customer\u2019s first choice health and beauty retailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Essential:<\/em> Grade 12 (Matric)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Desirable:<\/em> Minimum of 50% in Mathematics and English at Grade 12 level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Desirable:<\/em> Experience in a retail or FMCG customer-facing environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp;
