Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Clicks Group is seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist<\/strong> to join the Group Facilities department at the KwaZulu-Natal Regional Office. The role requires an individual who can deliver excellent front-desk service, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and maintain a welcoming and organized reception area. The position reports to the Administrative Assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Reception Duties:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Answer all incoming calls within three rings using the standard company greeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Promptly transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain an up-to-date internal telephone list and ensure all messages are relayed accurately and promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and manage the reception and waiting area to ensure it remains clean and presentable at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain the visitor registration book and ensure all guests are collected by the relevant staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide accurate directions and general assistance to visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Administrative Duties:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain the lost property register and manage all lost\/found items appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Log service calls and follow up on maintenance issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Keep records of contractor access and assist in managing external service providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with OHS and company quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide input on preventative maintenance requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access Control:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor access to the building and enforce visitor regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Keep records of all access control issues and ensure building security protocols are followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
