This role is essential to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the efficient execution of in-store operations. If you\u2019re passionate about retail and ready to contribute to South Africa\u2019s leading health and beauty retailer, this is the perfect opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Efficiently manage all point-of-sale (POS) operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain high accuracy in scanning merchandise and handling customer payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure safe and secure handling of cash and other payment methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Actively promote and assist customers with Clicks ClubCard sign-ups to meet participation targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Keep customers informed about ongoing promotions to boost sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deliver professional and friendly customer service, representing the Clicks brand positively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards aligned with store guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Essential:<\/em> Grade 12 (Matric)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Desirable:<\/em> 50% or higher in Mathematics and English at Grade 12 level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Desirable:<\/em> Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a retail or FMCG environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp;
