This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, efficient point-of-sale operations, and maintaining store presentation to ensure a positive and professional shopping experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Execute all point-of-sale (POS) operational activities accurately and on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Handle cash safely and ensure high levels of accuracy in payment processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote and register customers for the Clicks ClubCard programme to meet store targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Engage customers on current in-store promotions to encourage sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Act as a brand ambassador by providing friendly, visible, and professional service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain in-store merchandising and general housekeeping standards according to visual guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Keep product knowledge updated to assist customers with correct and relevant information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Contribute to the store\u2019s mission to be the first-choice health and beauty retailer in South Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Essential:<\/em> Grade 12 (Matric)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Desirable:<\/em> Minimum 50% in Mathematics and English at Grade 12 level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Desirable:<\/em> Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or FMCG environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp;
