If you are passionate about beauty and skincare products and enjoy helping customers look and feel their best, this is the ideal opportunity for you. You will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for servicing the entire beauty department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To provide professional advice and promote beauty and skincare products while ensuring the efficient execution of merchandising and operational activities. The Beauty Assistant plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer loyalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Consult with customers and recommend products that best meet their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote, cross-sell, and up-sell products to achieve monthly sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Monitor sales performance and provide suggestions to improve product offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Stay updated on product ranges, industry trends, and promotional events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Execute all beauty department operations including stock control and housekeeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain visual merchandising and promotional standards consistently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Act as a brand ambassador by offering a professional, friendly, and helpful presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote and register customers for the Clicks ClubCard to meet participation targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Drive brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive product ranges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support the company\u2019s goal to be the first-choice health and beauty retailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Essential:<\/em> Grade 12 (Matric)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Desirable:<\/em> Qualification in Beauty or Skincare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Desirable:<\/em> Experience in a beauty\/skincare, retail, FMCG, or sales\/marketing environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp;
