Reporting to the UHT &amp; ESL Admin Supervisor, this role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate production and stock records, ensuring seamless administrative flow within a high-paced FMCG environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capture, verify, and reconcile daily production and stock-related data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process wrapper sheets, DORs, and stock sheets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and update critical admin files including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wrapper File<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily Production and Loss File<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raw Materials File<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UHT, ESL, Live Racking, and Raw Material Cardexes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure cardexes are accurately balanced, signed, and shared with management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate and distribute daily operational reports (downtime, waste, ink usage, sleeve damages, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform data integrity checks in Navision (ERP system) to ensure accurate production, stock, and credit records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in preparing and managing:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Metrofile archiving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pest sighting logs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workforce headcounts and clinic appointments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timesheets and attendance records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a clean, functional, and well-stocked admin office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile and submit all required month-end reconciliations and reports to the Admin Supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Proven administrative experience, preferably in a production or FMCG environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Navision experience advantageous)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Effective communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Join Woodlands Dairy:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Woodlands Dairy is one of South Africa\u2019s leading UHT milk producers.
