The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and sales, with a focus on growing the club\u2019s membership base. Execution<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan daily and monthly sales activities to generate new leads and achieve individual and team sales targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the Virgin Active sales process and use internal systems to log activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer Engagement<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understand customer needs and match them with Virgin Active products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle objections and close sales with support from Sales Managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business Development<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expand customer base through networking and relationship building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in community and corporate events to promote the brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Market Awareness &amp;
