This is your opportunity to be part of an exciting retail brand committed to delivering an <em>AWWWESOME<\/em> experience to every shopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Purpose:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To maximize sales by providing outstanding customer service and creating a fun, exciting shopping environment that turns ordinary shopping trips into unforgettable experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a WOW shopping experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend to each customer&#8217;s individual needs with friendliness and attention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide accurate product information including pricing, warranties, and comparisons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive sales and execute up-selling and cross-selling strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merchandise products, ensure pricing is accurate, and execute promotions on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in stock takes, manage stock levels, and minimize stock loss.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report on fast-moving and slow-moving products to management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect company assets and minimize expenses in your area of responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow all store policies, including customer service standards and operational procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entry Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Matric Certificate (Grade 12)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum <strong>6 months of retail experience<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have <strong>reliable transport<\/strong> and be able to <strong>work shifts<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Skills &amp;
