This role is critical for advancing monitoring and evaluation systems within the organization, ensuring the effective delivery of services, and contributing to strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Analyze statistical data and prepare detailed reports to guide decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Oversee policy implementation and performance evaluation mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assess program outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, Statistics, or any related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of two (2) years of work experience at the D2 Salary Scale level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong background in monitoring and evaluation or related disciplines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record of contributing to organizational growth through data-driven insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Medical Aid:<\/strong> Contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50%, employee pays 50%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Pension Scheme:<\/strong> Contributory Pension Scheme for Permanent and Pensionable Staff (Government pays 15%,
