Overview:<\/strong><br>Botswana Tourism Organisation (BTO) is seeking a qualified Public Relations Manager to develop, direct, and administer strategies for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Develop and maintain the organization\u2019s corporate image and brand identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage public relations policies to promote BTO\u2019s image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Oversee the preparation and management of disaster and crisis communication plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Produce the statutory Annual Report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain media relations and handle media inquiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Represent the organization at events and manage corporate communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Self-motivated and result-oriented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Experience in managing public relations strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Public
