is seeking an experienced and reliable <strong>Staff Transport Bus Driver<\/strong> to manage the safe and timely transportation of staff to and from the feed mill in Pilane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Safely transport staff to and from work according to a pre-determined schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain an accurate logbook of all trips and ensure all entries are logged properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the condition of staff transport vehicles and report any signs of wear and tear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all necessary vehicle tools and spares, such as spare wheels and warning triangles, are present at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the renewal of all required permits for company vehicles promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule regular maintenance services for company vehicles in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold the highest standards of personal and vehicle hygiene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid driving on unsuitable roads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to Botswana&#8217;s road and safety regulations at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevent misuse of company vehicles and ensure they are only used for official purposes (vehicles are under 24-hour surveillance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure company vehicles at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report any faults or incidents immediately to the Supervisor or Maintenance Manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Form Three (or equivalent) and above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a valid PrDP license.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least two (2) years of professional driving experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience as a combi or bus driver is highly desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be in good physical health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work flexible and odd hours within a 24-hour schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure accommodation for vehicle parking within close proximity to the feed mill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate sobriety and a commitment to safe
