Bolux Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Bakery Administrator<\/strong> to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Bakery Administration & Sales Lead and will be responsible for supervising the efficient receipt, processing, and delivery of customer orders while ensuring accurate and efficient handling of invoices, claims, and transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Participate in stock take activities to ensure accurate reconciliation of stock and figures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with the reporting of all sales administrative functions under the supervision of the Bakery Administration & Sales Lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare performance-monitoring reports for Sales & Marketing Managers as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to procedures for issuing credit notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Control and monitor customer returns and minimize pricing claims through correct pricing of orders and invoicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Liaise with customers to ensure timely deliveries and avoid unnecessary returns and credit notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-File and archive documentation in line with statutory and company requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handle telephonic inquiries and provide prompt assistance to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Receive and capture customer orders, confirming prices and order details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain and update sales and customer records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Compile daily and monthly sales reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Expedite orders by liaising with internal departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Verify and ensure drivers\u2019 reconciliations are accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Direct customer feedback to relevant departments and maintain strong customer relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Generate ideas to enhance internal and external communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Actively participate in ISO and Kaizen program implementation, contributing to compliance with food safety, health, safety, and environmental policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
