This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage stock operations while ensuring a seamless customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide regular feedback to management on stock issues and movements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Drive an exceptional customer experience to meet sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage stock receiving and dispatching processes efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Process stock within specified time frames to ensure availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Facilitate the effective rotation of stock between the stockroom and sales floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain world-class housekeeping standards in the stockroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Control and minimize shrinkage in line with company standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 qualification or equivalent (required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 years of stockroom experience (advantageous).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retail experience (essential).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hospitality background (advantageous).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp;
