In this role, you will support store administration, stock management, and ensure the highest standards in customer service and operations. If you have a passion for fashion, an eye for detail, and a strong sense of responsibility, we invite you to apply and help drive the success of our Gaborone store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist the Store Manager with stock take and store administration to ensure smooth operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and analyze stock movement within the store, identifying trends and making recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement effective risk management procedures to minimize stock losses and shrinkage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with all administration, systems, and reporting procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extract and analyze store reports to assess turnover and stock performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present findings to the Store Manager and assist with decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and maintain in-store filing systems to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor cash flow and transactional activities to ensure adherence to processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold store safety and security procedures to protect assets and staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process customer transactions via the retail system (POS), ensuring accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify customer needs through professional engagement and communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote customer loyalty programs, focusing on rewards and retention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take the initiative to improve the customer experience and satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to visual merchandising principles and maintain store housekeeping standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continually develop your product knowledge and selling skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and achieve store objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into your work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 (Matric) qualification (required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum of 3 years&#8217;
