If you have a passion for retail, outstanding customer service, and people management skills, we want to hear from you! This role requires previous retail experience, a flair for visual merchandising, strong leadership, and a good head for figures. Join us to drive our store\u2019s success and create exceptional customer experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive store turnover to meet and exceed sales targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and control store expenses to maximize profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and reduce stock losses, ensuring shrinkage is kept in line with company standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead people management tasks, including staff recruitment, development, employee relations, and performance management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute and maintain in-store merchandising strategies and standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to our customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle all store administration, including financial reporting and stock management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Matric certificate (required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in store leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp;
