These roles focus on delivering exceptional customer service, efficient point of sale operations, and in-store merchandising that contribute to a positive customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Scan merchandise accurately and handle payment transactions, including Clicks ClubCard rewards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure safe and secure handling of cash at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Promote the Clicks ClubCard and sign up new members to achieve participation targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Inform customers of ongoing promotions and offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Represent the brand by offering professional, visible, and friendly customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain store standards through merchandising and housekeeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Keep up to date on products, promotions, and store events to assist customers effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Uphold the Clicks values and support the vision of being the customer\u2019s first choice in health and beauty retail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knowledge Required:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Basic math and numeracy skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Familiarity with retail\/FMCG environments and merchandising principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Understanding of stock management and customer service excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills &amp;
