FNB is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller at our Kanye branch. This role involves delivering exceptional service by efficiently processing client transactions and ensuring compliance with our procedures and standards. –Client Service:<\/strong> Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service while treating customers with the utmost respect and empathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Transaction Processing:<\/strong> Ensure transactions are processed efficiently and accurately, minimizing financial discrepancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Service Quality:<\/strong> Maintain branch service standards using the Service Quality Balanced Scorecard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Account Migration:<\/strong> Drive the transition of customers to self-service and digital channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Compliance:<\/strong> Adhere to all procedures, processes, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Efficiency Management:<\/strong> Monitor teller efficiencies, including transaction numbers and financial discrepancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Customer Engagement:<\/strong> Foster relationships by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products or solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Ethical Conduct:<\/strong> Uphold ethical standards and take ownership of solving customer queries promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Cost Management:<\/strong> Identify opportunities to optimize cost savings and improve cash migration processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
