Position Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for two skilled Junior Technicians<\/strong> to join our team in Gaborone. The successful candidates will assist with installations, on-site technical support, stock control, and compliance tasks. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

New Installations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with installations to ensure products are operational and compliant with specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure product appearance reflects the brand and site fit-out meets required standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Install CCTV systems and test machines on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Set up the Evolution system and report task completion to the Technical Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On-Site Technical Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Execute project activities as per the project plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Respond promptly to needs and requests while escalating complex issues to the Technical Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Address complaints and disputes timeously on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide professional support to clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with callouts, machine maintenance, and basic site tasks such as fit-outs, refurbishments, and electrical work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform testing to ensure proper setup of components when machines are commissioned or altered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stock Control<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain accurate records of spare parts used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Complete stock usage forms to ensure proper inventory tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compliance<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure adherence to Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Internal Control Procedures (ICP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain compliance with gambling authority regulations and health and safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Accurately complete maintenance registers for malfunctions and repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Update the Central Electronic Monitoring System (CEMS) during commissioning, alterations, or decommissioning of machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEMS and Reporting<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Verify the security and proper setup of SKPs, DLs, data cabling, and power cabling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify, report, and resolve variances and issues with CEMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Test, repair, and return faulty equipment to the Finance Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure all machines are secure from tampering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
