The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales, reducing shrinkage, managing stock, overseeing staff, and controlling expenses to achieve business objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Sales and Profitability:<\/strong> Drive sales growth and ensure targets are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Stock Management:<\/strong> Efficiently manage stock levels to minimize shrinkage and optimize inventory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>People Management:<\/strong> Lead, motivate, and train a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Expense Control:<\/strong> Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget while maximizing profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Customer Satisfaction:<\/strong> Maintain high service standards and resolve customer issues effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Reporting:<\/strong> Provide regular reports to management regarding store performance, including sales, expenses, and stock levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Position Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Minimum Education:<\/strong> Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong> Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
