Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Protect property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Observe for signs of crime, disorder, and disturbances; investigate any suspicious activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Act lawfully in the defense of life or property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Apprehend criminals and evict violators when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Report in detail all suspicious incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Patrol premises, including regular building and perimeter checks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Monitor and control access to building entrances and vehicle gates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform first aid or CPR in emergencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Minimum BGCSE\/Cambridge or a certificate in security management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-A clean criminal record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Mature, responsible, and physically\/mentally fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Integrity, self-discipline, and ability to work under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Fluency in both English and Setswana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong customer service orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-No experience required but previous experience as a Security Officer is an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
