Job Summary<\/strong>:
Provide effective accounting services, support financial management, and analyze financial data to guide decision-making and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Collaborate with departments to develop budgets and performance targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Supervise accounting staff and maintain ERP systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting; professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or BICA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-6+ years\u2019 experience in accounting, preferably in mining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of ISO standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
