The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, offering tailored product solutions, and promoting the use of digital and self-service channels. This position aligns with our brand promise, &#8220;How can we help you?&#8221; and focuses on creating positive, ethical, and impactful customer interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide an outstanding customer experience by addressing customer needs, expectations, and concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Offer relevant product solutions and direct customers to the correct channels (eChannels and self-service options).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Uphold ethical conduct and adhere to the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles in all interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Identify customer needs and proactively sell or cross-sell products to meet those needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maximize opportunities for channel optimization and encourage customers to migrate to digital and self-service platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Support cost containment and reduction initiatives through efficient service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Consistently comply with internal policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Complete transactions efficiently and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in digital tools and eChannels is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Attributes:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ethical and professional behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A customer-centric mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> A relevant qualification in business, sales, or a related field will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>-All applications must be submitted before January 30, 2025.
