Skyways Travel and Tours Lesotho is looking for a motivated and experienced Travel Agent<\/strong> to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service skills, deep knowledge of the travel industry, and expertise in booking a variety of travel itineraries. Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the travel planning process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct needs assessments to identify client preferences and requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Research and recommend suitable travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare and manage detailed travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel bookings, and tours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Use the Amadeus ticketing system to book and manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rentals, tours).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Stay informed about travel industry trends, regulations, destinations, and promotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings and transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers to secure the best offers for clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proven experience as a Travel Agent or a related role in customer service or tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency with the Amadeus ticketing system is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency in travel technology and reservation systems (e.g., GDS, CRS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of travel regulations, geography, and popular travel destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
