The project aims to enhance firm-level profitability and employment by supporting 50 mature businesses and 500 MSMEs, with a focus on women, youth, socially underprivileged groups, and MSMEs in rural areas. Priority is given to businesses in the horticulture sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide safe and reliable transportation services for project staff and personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain knowledge of driving regulations and perform minor vehicle repairs when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Update the vehicle logbook daily and submit mileage reports weekly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Collect and deliver official materials, including documents, to designated recipients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct daily vehicle safety checks to ensure roadworthiness and promptly report and address any safety concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Notify the supervisor in advance about vehicle servicing needs, such as license disk renewal, to ensure timely handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maintain schedules for vehicle servicing, warranty agreements, maintenance plans, and other critical dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ensure vehicles are clean, parked securely, and all keys and accessories are kept safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Regularly refuel vehicles and check fluid levels, tire pressure, and other maintenance needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Perform additional duties as delegated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Minimum C.O.S.C. certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-At least 5 years of professional driving experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Defensive driving certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Clean driving record with a valid driver\u2019s license and Public Driver\u2019s Permit (PDP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Experience working in fast-paced environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Previous experience with international organizations is an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Process<\/strong><br>To apply, submit the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cover letter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curriculum Vitae (CV).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified copies of academic qualifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified copies of driver\u2019s licenses and PDP.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission Details:<\/strong><br>Applications must include the subject line: <strong>\u201cDriver Position\u201d<\/strong> and be sent to <strong><a>Mamello.Favour@betalesotho.com<\/a><\/strong> by <strong>January 27, 2025<\/strong> or as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer<\/strong><br>Cowater International is an equal-opportunity employer that values merit and qualifications.
