Acting as a liaison between the Operations Leadership, HR Team, and Branch Managers, the role focuses on team member training, franchise store standards, and driving profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Train, coach, and certify team members per brand standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Conduct Restaurant Orientation for new store staff and managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Assist Branch Managers with training evaluations to ensure knowledge retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Manage and conduct annual assessments for employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Identify and assess additional training needs, collaborating with the Operations and HR Departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Approve and issue certifications by inspecting required documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Present training courses as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Provide manpower development input above store level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Deliver training programs to address performance gaps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Communicate progress reports on training and development initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills Requirements:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Experience in franchise store management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Understanding of the learning process, especially in in-store training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ability to implement participative training techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>-Degree in Hospitality Management or a related qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Accredited BQA Trainer certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Experience in Food and Beverage operations management or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-2\u20135 years of relevant work experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Please send your CV and related documents to:<br><strong>Email:<\/strong> <a>recruitment@pedrosbotswana.co.bw<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pedros Flame Grilled Chicken Location: Botswana Closing Date: 3rd February 2025 Job Title: Skills Trainer Purpose: The Skills Trainer will support Branch Managers by facilitating, managing, and coordinating organizational Training &amp; Development initiatives.
