This role focuses on overseeing football and scholarship programming, providing strategic support for academic, character, and operational excellence. The Academy Manager will contribute to the growth and development of scholar-athletes and ensure alignment with Kick4Life\u2019s mission and values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Leadership &amp; Human Resources<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in implementing strategic planning for the Academy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage Academy staff and volunteers, including performance oversight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to Kick4Life\u2019s policies, Code of Conduct, and safeguarding measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support staff career development initiatives and build a values-aligned culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Strategic Planning &amp; Technical Direction<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and update performance plans in football, academics, and character development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with technical and educational staff to ensure scholar-athletes meet their targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the alignment of coaching and playing philosophies with Kick4Life\u2019s goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Operations &amp; Administration<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee player registration, licensing processes, and match logistics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure facilities and equipment are well-maintained and safe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor compliance with club and league requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Finance &amp; Procurement<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial oversight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to procurement policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Fundraising &amp; Marketing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Secure and maintain partnerships, sponsorships, and grants for Academy programming.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead Academy marketing initiatives and manage sponsor relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide progress reports for sponsors and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Academy Programming Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor education progress and provide application and logistical support for scholars.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with coaches and educators to deliver quality programming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Host Family Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act as a liaison for host families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for scholar-athletes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide regular updates to parents and guardians.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Program Delivery &amp; Evaluation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the programmatic schedule and ensure consistent, quality delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and evaluate performance metrics for scholars\u2019 development in academics, character, and football.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Pastoral Care Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain a structured and caring environment for scholar-athletes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the well-being of students and provide necessary interventions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enforce child protection and behavioral policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10.
