process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate and enhance recruitment strategies to attract top talent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Employee Relations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advise management on employee relations issues and foster effective communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address employee concerns and grievances to promote a cooperative work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Performance Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implement performance management systems to support employee growth and organizational goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze performance competitive compensation and benefits programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure fair and equitable pay structures and performance-based reward systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Training and Development<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote continuous professional development through workshops and seminars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>HR Information Systems<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain and enhance a computerized HR Information System (HRIS) for employee data management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure efficient payroll and leave management processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Budget Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in developing and managing the HR departmental budget and business plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor HR expenditures to ensure budgetary compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reporting<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Generate accurate and timely reports on HR metrics, workforce analytics, and departmental performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Degree in Human Resource Management<\/strong> or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Postgraduate qualification<\/strong> in HR or a related field will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience<\/strong> in Human Resource Management, with a focus on strategic HR practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>labour laws and HR best practices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Competencies and Personal Attributes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Leadership Skills<\/strong> \u2013 Ability to lead and inspire teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Excellent Communication<\/strong> \u2013 Strong interpersonal skills
