FNB is seeking a highly skilled Deal Maker (Commercial Property Finance)<\/strong> to expand and protect market share in the Commercial Property Finance<\/strong> sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, driving portfolio growth, and ensuring profitability while fostering strategic relationships within the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Develop and execute the Commercial Property Finance sales strategy<\/strong>, identifying and leveraging new sales channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Create value propositions<\/strong> that include product solutions, pricing, service models, and delivery channels tailored to client needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Package, market, and sell structured banking solutions<\/strong> that support advances growth and segment profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Structure deals for qualifying clients, identifying transaction-specific credit risks, and implementing risk mitigation measures in line with the bank’s credit risk philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Lead the presentation of Commercial Property Finance deals<\/strong> at both local and international credit committees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage the loan drawdown process<\/strong> for construction-related Commercial Property Finance transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Originate and drive periodic reviews of credit frameworks, policies, and processes, ensuring compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Develop and maintain strong networks with key stakeholders<\/strong> in the Botswana property market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct business case analyses to drive growth strategies<\/strong> and defensive strategies<\/strong> to maintain market share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage portfolio reporting and operational risks<\/strong> in alignment with defined portfolio parameters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Proven track record in Commercial Property Finance<\/strong>, sales, and deal structuring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong financial and credit risk analysis skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience in managing complex transactions<\/strong> and presenting deals at credit committees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong industry networks and stakeholder relationship management within the Botswana property market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
