Job Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FNB is seeking a skilled Information Management Analyst (Data Flow Diagram)<\/strong> to support the organization’s information management strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing comprehensive Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)<\/strong>, and ensuring data governance, compliance, and integrity across various systems and applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Analyze business processes and data flows<\/strong> to develop comprehensive Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)<\/strong> representing the movement of information across systems, applications, and business units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure DFDs are regularly updated<\/strong> to reflect system modifications, new data sources, and evolving business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify and document data entry, storage, transformation, and output points<\/strong>, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Implement data flow controls<\/strong> to mitigate risks, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and availability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Define and implement information management policies and governance frameworks<\/strong> aligned with business objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Develop and execute an Information Management specialization strategy<\/strong>, ensuring effective data management and security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Establish and maintain the Information Management architecture<\/strong>, ensuring efficient repository management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain expert knowledge of relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and internal compliance requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure all systems and procedures comply<\/strong> with FNB\u2019s governance and compliance standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify potential risks<\/strong> related to information management and implement mitigation strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide expert advice and input into the development of governance and compliance procedures<\/strong> within the area of specialization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure optimal usage and protection of business data assets<\/strong> through strategic information management practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Proven experience in Information Management, Data Governance, or Business Process Analysis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong knowledge of Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)<\/strong> and data modeling techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Experience in data flow analysis, data governance, and compliance management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Familiarity with regulatory frameworks<\/strong> governing data privacy and security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
