Job Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FNB is looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant<\/strong> to provide exceptional customer service and offer value-added financial solutions within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and enhancing customer relationships<\/strong>, all while adhering to compliance and governance standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver a positive customer experience<\/strong> by understanding client needs and offering tailored financial solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Execute work in line with organizational values, ethical standards, and compliance regulations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify and escalate risks, compliance issues, or process deviations<\/strong> as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain operational efficiency<\/strong> by adhering to processes, procedures, and service turnaround times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Achieve sales targets<\/strong> in line with performance scorecards while maintaining an acceptable cost-to-sales ratio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities<\/strong> to grow the client base and increase revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with acquiring and retaining unbanked clients<\/strong> to improve profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Promote cross-selling<\/strong> by offering packaged financial solutions<\/strong> aligned with client needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Encourage digital adoption and self-service banking options<\/strong> across the client base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage administrative tasks, reporting, and client data accurately and on time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Contribute to cost efficiency<\/strong> by responsibly utilizing work-related resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships<\/strong> to enhance customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide quality customer support<\/strong>, ensuring that service standards and expectations are consistently met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Business Degree<\/strong> (or equivalent qualification).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–2 COPs (Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–1-2 years of experience in Sales<\/strong>, preferably in financial services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong knowledge of FirstRand-approved financial products, application processes, and fulfillment procedures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets<\/strong> while delivering excellent customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
