FNB is seeking a detail-oriented Teller<\/strong> to provide efficient and accurate transaction processing<\/strong> while ensuring exceptional customer service. -Deliver exceptional customer service<\/strong>, ensuring queries are handled professionally and promptly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Engage customers with helpful solutions and product recommendations<\/strong> based on their financial needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Promote the use of digital and self-service banking channels<\/strong> to enhance customer convenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Uphold the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles<\/strong> in all interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operational & Risk Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure adherence to banking regulations, policies, and internal controls<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain error-free cash handling<\/strong> and minimize transactional differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage the Rand value of shortages<\/strong>, ensuring losses are minimized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to Golden Rules compliance standards<\/strong> for branch efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Optimize operational efficiency by meeting and exceeding transaction benchmarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain security and confidentiality of customer information and transactions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
