FNB is seeking a Service Consultant<\/strong> to provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels<\/strong>, including face-to-face, telephonic, and online interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for query resolution, processing customer requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction<\/strong> while maintaining efficiency and compliance with service standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Service & Query Resolution<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver exceptional service<\/strong> by addressing customer needs professionally and efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Engage with customers in a manner that aligns with FNB\u2019s service standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines<\/strong>, ensuring a seamless experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process customer requests accurately and efficiently<\/strong>, meeting service level agreements (SLAs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Keep up to date with banking products, policies, and procedures<\/strong> to provide accurate information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain strong customer relationships<\/strong> by offering proactive and innovative solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operational Efficiency & Compliance<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Drive cost management and revenue recovery<\/strong> while ensuring operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Improve cost-effectiveness<\/strong> within the approved budget by identifying areas for optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure full compliance with governance, audit, and legislative requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Verify and ensure all operational tasks are completed in alignment with SLAs and documented processes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Process incoming customer requests<\/strong> with urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Product & Business Strategy Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain expert knowledge<\/strong> on banking products, including pricing, applications, and processing timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with internal and external client queries<\/strong> related to banking services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide an efficient administration service<\/strong>, ensuring timely planning, reporting, and system updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders<\/strong> to support business objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify and recommend process improvements<\/strong> to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Experience in customer service, banking operations, or financial services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
