Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FNB is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Multi-Skilled Consultant<\/strong> to provide a relief function for Teller, Collections Consultants, and Cash Migration Officials. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of these functional areas while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Provide relief support for Teller, Collections Consultants, and Cash Migration Officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Achieve net profit growth for the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver exceptional customer experience in line with the Balanced Scorecard standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Engage professionally with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handle customer complaints related to collections and ensure timely resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify and convert leads into successful sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Meet individual targets as per the business area or sales plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage performance standards for various roles in Telling, Service, Sales, or Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Approve, validate, verify, check, and authorize frontline activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Track, control, and influence sales activities to improve sales efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Relevant experience in banking, customer service, or sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to handle multiple roles efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of banking products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Problem-solving and decision-making skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
