We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual with a passion for fashion retail and delivering outstanding customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a <strong>Sales Associate<\/strong>, you will play a vital role in ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high store standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serve as a <strong>brand ambassador<\/strong>, delivering an outstanding in-store customer experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand customer needs and recommend the <strong>best product solutions<\/strong> to exceed expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay up to date with <strong>fashion trends and product knowledge<\/strong> to assist customers effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively track <strong>sales performance<\/strong> and contribute towards achieving store targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with <strong>stock replenishment and merchandising<\/strong> to ensure an organized shopping environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in <strong>new business opportunities<\/strong>, including customer outreach and upselling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a <strong>clean and visually appealing<\/strong> store layout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute the company\u2019s <strong>customer service strategy<\/strong> to build strong customer relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)<\/strong> or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certificate or Diploma in Retail, Business Administration, or Sales &amp; Marketing<\/strong> (added advantage).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least <strong>1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail<\/strong> (preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong <strong>customer service and communication skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Target-driven<\/strong> with a passion for exceeding sales goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to <strong>work flexible hours<\/strong>, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong <strong>work ethic<\/strong> with a hands-on and proactive approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to <strong>handle administrative duties<\/strong> and track sales performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Basic computer literacy<\/strong>, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A team player with <strong>good problem-solving and interpersonal skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At Foschini, part of <strong>TFG (The Foschini Group)<\/strong>, we believe our people are our <strong>greatest asset<\/strong>.
