We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Flexi Store Assistant<\/strong> to join our team at Mall of Africa<\/strong>. This role is perfect for individuals with a flair for luxury fashion, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to adapt to part-time retail demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cash Control & Accuracy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Perform accurate cash desk duties with zero variances<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Follow strict daily cash control and banking procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Handle manual transactions when required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stock Management & Organisation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Execute stock control processes and manage daily stock routines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Assist with fulfilling customer orders and maintaining product presentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Conduct weekly stock counts and maintain storeroom organization<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Complete shoe pairing exercises to ensure display and stock accuracy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Service & Sales Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver expert, personalized service to customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Share in-depth product knowledge to assist and influence purchase decisions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain a high level of professionalism that reflects the Kurt Geiger brand<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Support team success through collaboration and a customer-first approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Matric \/ Grade 12 (compulsory)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Passion for fashion, customer service, and luxury brands<\/p>\n\n\n\n
