FNB Botswana is seeking Sales and Service Consultants<\/strong> to join our dynamic team in Gaborone. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with financial solutions, and promoting digital banking channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Provide a positive customer experience<\/strong> by understanding and addressing customer needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Offer product solutions<\/strong> and guide customers to the appropriate service channels (eChannels & Self-Service).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Build meaningful connections with customers while upholding FNB\u2019s “How can we help you?”<\/strong> brand promise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Engage with customers in a professional and ethical manner at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles<\/strong> in all interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant banking products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Promote and migrate customers to digital banking and self-service channels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and risk guidelines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Achieve transactional benchmarks<\/strong> while delivering exceptional customer service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong customer service orientation<\/strong> and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Sales-driven with the ability to identify customer needs and promote banking products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced financial service environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of digital banking solutions<\/strong> and ability to promote self-service channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Understanding of banking policies, risk compliance, and regulatory requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ethical and professional conduct in all interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
