Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FNB Botswana is seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager<\/strong> to lead the IT audit team, ensuring robust risk management and control over IT systems, platforms, general IT controls, CAATs, projects, and continuous auditing processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Lead and manage the IT audit team to provide assurance on IT risk management and controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Deliver an excellent audit client experience aligned with FNB Botswana\u2019s values and service standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Build professional and long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Analyse customer feedback to improve audit services and business decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, industry best practices, and internal compliance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Develop and implement governance and compliance procedures in line with risk management standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Provide business intelligence insights through data analysis and trend monitoring<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Prepare and present reports on audit findings, risks, and compliance gaps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Manage team performance, coaching, and professional development initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ensure all employees develop and implement personal development plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

–Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–5 to 8 years of experience<\/strong> in internal auditing, external auditing, or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Skills & Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

-Strong data analytics skills<\/strong> and familiarity with data analytics tools\/software<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Proficiency in SAP software audits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Excellent team leadership and time management skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Ability to manage conflicts and present audit findings effectively<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Analytical with a keen attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in an agile environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Strong communication and public speaking skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
